Nursery Ministry - Provide a warm and loving environment by caring for the infants and toddlers of SCC members and guests during weekly services.
Pre-School Ministry - Provide a warm and loving environment by caring for the three and four year old children. Provide assistance or be the lead teacher of a class, developing lessons and crafts each week.
Elementary small group leader - help in large group worship service by interacting with children, ensuring that they are on task listening to the lesson, etc. Then break off with 10 plus children to have about a 15 minute review over the lesson that they
Elementary Ministry (Helper, Actor, Worship Leader, Tech) - Provide assistance in a variety of areas helping to make it a positive and interactive time for the children as they learn about Jesus.
Middle/High School-General Sponsor – Come alongside middle or high school students to provide general oversight on trips, weekly services or activities.
Middle/High School Small Group Leader – Meet weekly with a small group of students of the same age and gender for Bible study, life application and accountability.
Adult Bible Group Teacher – Prepare for and teach weekly lessons or sessions of Wednesday Bible Groups. Oversee care and accountability of all participants in class.
Adult/Family Life Group Leader – Prepare for and facilitate scheduled discussions and application of topic. Oversee care and accountability of all participants.
Care Ministry Servant – Do you have a heart for people who are hurting? Serve them in Ministries of Marriage Mentor, Grief Support, Decision Counseling, Visiting (Hospital/sick/shut-ins)

Student: Tech – Assist students in operating and maintaining sound and lighting equipment for weekly services.
Worship Team (Vocal/Instrumental) – Assist in leading worship for adults during regular weekend services and special services.
Guest Relations – Provide clarity for individuals inquiring about ministry opportunities, general church information and facility way finding.
Parking Team – Greet and provide assistance and direction to parking spots for those entering the SCC campus.
Greeter – Open doors, hand out bulletins and greet people as they enter and exit the building for regular services and events.
Audio/Lighting/Video Production – Assist with technical support in these three areas for weekly services and special events.
Worship Area Hosts – Provide assistance to those entering the Auditorium by helping them find seats along with offering general assistance as needed throughout the service.
Coffee Fellowship – Assist with preparation, distribution and cleanup of coffee and snacks during regular weekend services and special events.
Baking Ministry - Provide baked goods for various ministries including coffee fellowship, visitations, community outreach, recognitions and others.
Offering Counter - Usually only one Sunday a month to help count the in-person offering. Stamping “deposit only” on checks and adding on machine as well as counting any cash on a Contribution Summary report then completing deposit form. All contribution

Building Maintenance – Assist with providing upkeep and maintenance of the entire building structure and mechanical equipment (HVAC, plumbing, painting, floors, electrical, drywall, carpet cleaning, etc.)
Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping – Assist with providing upkeep of the entire church campus (mowing, trimming, snow and ice removal, parking lot and lighting, landscaping, etc.) and maintenance for the grounds and landscaping equipment.
Hospital Visitation – Provide encouragement to members of SCC and their families who are in the hospital by visits, phone contacts and prayer.
Medical/Safety/Security – Assist with providing a safe environment for all large gatherings on the SCC campus along with providing security for all SCC assets 24/7 through established protocol. Respond to those in need of medical assistance during church
Wednesday Night Meal – Assist with shopping for food, meal preparation, table/chair set up, serving meal and/or clean up.
General Cleaning – Assist with maintaining the appearance of the facility through general cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, garbage disposal, etc.).
Office Reception/Aide – Assist the office staff during the week by providing coverage at the Receptionist Desk (phones, appointments, etc.) along with general office work as needed.
Ministry Team Leader – Oversee volunteers and roles associated with a sanctioned Ministry of SCC ensuring achievement of purpose within the context of SCC’s Mission of making disciples.
IT Support – Assist with various technology needs of a growing church.
Projects/Events – Assist with a variety of areas as each event comes along. Each event has a unique set of opportunities and offers a limited commitment time but a chance to make a big impact.
Recreation – leading and participating in leagues, coaching adult or youth teams, assisting with youth camps and/or maintaining indoor/outdoor fields/courts
Chapel/Friendship House - Assist team who leads weekly worship service for the elderly residents.
Outreach Ministry - Opportunities to serve in various capacities in our community through assisting other non-profits, special outreach events, donating or serving food, house cleaning, home repairs, etc.
Trail Life USA - assist in providing adult supervision for our boys troop.
